Babies are massaged daily in many native cultures for its endless benefits, such as increased healthy weight gain, development in baby’s nervous, digestive, circulatory & musculoskeletal systems; decreased illness, better sleeping habits, a more calm baby & less colicky. It also leads to better social skills, increased bonding with mom, dad & grandparents, helps with postpartum depression & decreased risk of child abuse, plus more benefits. We teach step by step lessons in full body massage for babies and tots beginning ideally at 3 weeks of age. Mothers, fathers, grandparents & other caregivers welcome.
