In working with groups we prefer to communicate with just one designated Contact Person of the group, who will work with our Spa Coordinator in planning the event. The Contact Person is responsible for assisting us in organizing, sharing and obtaining the necessary information between the group members and LTDS, such as the spa’s policies, any special needs or requests, scheduling of services, payment arrangements, etc. It is very important that each member of the group reads and understands our spa policies. Please begin by completing the Spa Inquiry Form below for all group events. Our Spa Coordinator will then be in touch within 48 hrs to begin customizing for your group’s needs.
